Our Ownership

KT Waterfront Construction is owned and operated by Kevin Todd and his wife, Kathy Lawdermilk. Kevin holds a degree in Marine Construction from the College of Oceaneering in Santa Barbara, California.  He has extensive experience as a commercial diver completing projects all over the world. This education along with his local knowledge of the Highland Lakes from years of dock building will ensure you receive a quality product which you will enjoy for years to come.
